All Barrel exhausts are direct bolt-on fitment — no cutting, no welding, no frame modifications required. They use the stock mounting points and come with all necessary hardware. A basic mechanical install takes 30–45 minutes at any service centre or at home with standard tools.

Slip-on exhausts generally do not require ECU remapping and have minimal impact on fuel mapping. For full system exhausts, a tune is recommended for best performance. Regarding your bike's warranty — aftermarket exhausts can technically void emission-related warranty claims; however most service centres proceed normally for mechanical issues unrelated to the exhaust. We recommend checking with your dealership if this is a concern.

Most variants of the same model share the same exhaust fitment — for example, RE Classic 350 (S, Chrome, Signals, Dark, Halcyon) all use the same mount. However some year or variant changes can affect fitment. If you're unsure, share your bike model, variant, and year on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before you order.

Barrel exhausts are built from high-grade stainless steel with precision TIG-welded joints. The canister uses heat-resistant materials designed for long-term durability under high-temperature conditions. Finish options include brushed stainless, black ceramic coat, and chrome depending on the model.

Slip-on: Replaces only the muffler section. Easier to install, more affordable, great sound upgrade with minimal performance change. Best for riders who want the tone without the complexity.

Full system: Replaces the entire exhaust from the header pipe to the muffler. Significantly improves exhaust flow, adds noticeable performance gains (3–8 BHP depending on model), and delivers a louder, more aggressive note. Requires a professional install and ideally a tune.

All Barrel exhausts come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, physical impact, corrosion from neglect, or racing use. Yes — we ship globally. International shipping is fast and affordable, with charges calculated at checkout based on your country. We currently ship to Australia, Malaysia, Colombia, Bulgaria and more. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer as per your country's regulations.

India: 3–7 business days. Metro cities typically arrive faster.

International: 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Tracking is provided for all international shipments.

Full COD is not available. However, we offer Partial COD — pay 10% of the order value online as advance, and the remaining 90% in cash to the delivery person upon receiving your order. To place a Partial COD order, contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

Yes — a GST invoice is included with every order automatically. If you need a business GST invoice with your company GSTIN, add it in the order notes at checkout or send it to us on WhatsApp after placing your order.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the following cases:

— Barrel Exhaust is unable to service your pincode
— The ordered product is out of stock for more than 30 days from the date of order

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please photograph the damage and packaging immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at contact@barrelexhaust.com or on WhatsApp with your order number. We'll make it right.
