
Shipping Policy
We ship across the globe and already have customers from over 20 countries. We guarantee you delivery and if the parcel is undelivered due to missing in transit, we will reship a new product to you. We do not have any control over delays due to customs dept of destination country and only in that case the customer needs to connect with local customs to get the product delivered. This is a very rare occurance and mostly the customs may need clarification on the intended use of the product.
We normally process and ship your order within 24 - 48 hours. At times when the courier partners deny service to your area due to a variety of reasons such as Covid restrictions, natural calamity or simply because the location is too remote, we begin looking for other options or partners to ship your order. In such cases there may be a delay that is not in our control. We normally ship local orders via Dtdc / Delhivery / Amazon Shipping or Speed Post. International orders are shipped via Aramex / DHL / India Post.
In case we are unable to process your order within 20 days from the date of placing your order (unless it is a pre-order), we will proceed and cancel the order and refund you the money within 7 business days from the 20th day.
